I changed the heading from "Resource Directory Cookbook" to "Execution Manager Cookbook"

The procedure works but I would like to have a more detailed description of what the execution manager is and how it fits into the SENSEI framework (and interaction with other framework components, e.g. the SQR, RD etc...). See for example how the Privacy & Billing sections Introduction and Deployment scenarios sections are structured.

Would also be nice to have some examples on how to use the execution manager (at least to check if it is working properly)...
